We are looking to add an experienced technician to our Service Department. We are seeking skilled professionals with verifiable training and hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment and crane systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on company-owned and customer-owned equipment.

· Perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on:

· Truck-Mounted Cranes

· Rough Terrain Cranes

· All Terrain Cranes

· Crawler Cranes

· Lattice Boom Cranes

· Boom Trucks

· Excavators

· Dozers

· Rollers

· Other construction and heavy dirt equipment

· Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to complete repairs.

· Communicate effectively with customers and office staff regarding equipment issues and repair solutions.

· Complete service documentation, work orders, and repair reports accurately and on time.

· Follow all company safety policies and environmental regulations.

· Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Minimum 1 year of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heavy equipment.

· Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

· Ability to read and interpret equipment schematics and diagrams.

· Valid driver's license required.

· Factory training certifications are a plus.

· Experience with Manitowoc, Grove, and Kobelco cranes is highly preferred.

· Basic computer skills required.

· Experience with diagnostic software and electronic troubleshooting is a plus.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Must own or be able to obtain tools necessary for the position.

· Strong customer service and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy components and tools.

· Frequent climbing, bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

· Ability to work safely in shop and field environments.
