Customer Due Diligence Investigator
Virtual Vocations Inc
Investigating and analyzing high-risk customers, the full-time Customer Due Diligence Investigator will monitor potential Anti-Money Laundering or Terrorist Financing activity remotely while ensuring compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and related regulations. Key responsibilities: Perform ongoing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews of high-risk customers using public records and internal research tools Review customer transactional activity alongside customer profiles to identify and escalate potential suspicious activity Communicate effectively with branch staff to obtain additional information and documentation as needed Required qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent 2+ years of banking experience with exposure to AML/BSA, criminal investigations, or financial crimes compliance Knowledge of federal regulations including the USA PATRIOT Act and Bank Secrecy Act Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Professional certification such as CAMS or CFE is preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
