This is a temp-to-hire position offering competitive pay, career growth opportunities, and hands-on training with equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes.

Pay & Schedule

• $19.00 - $23.50 per hour (based on experience)
• 1st Shift and 3rd Shift Available
• Temp-to-Hire
• Full-time hours

What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and torque tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Work with hydraulic and electrical systems during assembly
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Work with a team to meet production goals and deadlines

What We're Looking For

✅ Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience

✅ Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

✅ Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

✅ Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment

✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

✅ Ability to stand, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment

✅ Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company
