Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time role focuses on speech-language services in a school environment, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact as you work with a diverse caseload of approximately 70 students. With two positions available, and one open to SLPAs, this is a wonderful setting for both seasoned Speech-Language Pathologists with CCC and those looking to grow their career.

Required Skills & Preferred Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license with CCC, or SLPA credentials (for one of the two openings)
• Previous experience providing speech services to school-aged children (K-12 preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads and tailor interventions for individual student needs
• Organizational skills to effectively document progress and maintain student records
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a K-12 student population
• Evaluate, diagnose, and create personalized treatment plans to address a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborate with general and special education teachers, counselors, and administrators for students’ educational planning
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and document measurable goals and progress reports
• Maintain timely compliance with all required documentation and reporting
• Offer support and guidance to families and educational staff regarding speech-language needs and strategies
