Independent Contractor Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Aesthetic Medicine

dermani MEDSPA® | Boca Raton, Florida | Opening Early November 2026

dermani MEDSPA® is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide cosmetic injectable and select aesthetic skin rejuvenation services at our new boutique location inside IMAGE Studios in Boca Raton, Florida, opening in early November 2026 .

This opportunity is structured as an independent contractor engagement for compensation and business relationship purposes. All clinical services will be performed under the supervision of an appropriately qualified supervising physician, in accordance with applicable Florida law, established clinical protocols, and the provider's professional scope of practice.

Services

The selected NP or PA will exercise appropriate clinical judgment within their licensure, training, scope of practice, supervising physician's oversight and established clinical protocols, and Florida law while providing aesthetic services that may include:

• BOTOX® Cosmetic

• JUVÉDERM® dermal fillers

• Hydrafacial®

• SkinPen® microneedling

• Chemical peels, including VI Peel®

• Dermaplaning and other select aesthetic skin rejuvenation services

Training & Development Opportunities

Previous cosmetic injectable experience is preferred; however, qualified NPs and PAs with a strong interest in aesthetic medicine will also be considered. Additional training opportunities may be available based upon the provider's existing experience, qualifications and clinical needs.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who:

• Holds an active and unrestricted Florida license applicable to their profession

• Is passionate about cosmetic medicine and delivering an exceptional client experience

• Demonstrates strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

• Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Is comfortable providing services in a boutique clinical environment

• Is motivated by a performance-based compensation structure

• Values professional accountability, collaboration with a supervising physician, and adherence to established clinical protocols and high standards of patient care

• Has cosmetic injectable and/or aesthetic medicine experience, although qualified candidates seeking to expand into aesthetics are encouraged to apply

Engagement Structure

This opportunity is structured as an independent contractor engagement , rather than a traditional salaried employment position.

For clarity, the independent contractor designation relates solely to the provider's proposed contractual and compensation arrangement with dermani MEDSPA®. It does not mean that the NP or PA will independently practice medicine, operate an independent medical practice, or perform clinical services without the supervision and oversight of an appropriately qualified supervising physician. All services will be performed in accordance with applicable Florida laws, required physician supervision, established clinical protocols, and the provider's authorized scope of practice.

Compensation is based upon services personally performed, creating an opportunity for earnings to grow as the Boca Raton client base develops.

The selected NP or PA will be expected to maintain all licenses, certifications and professional qualifications required to perform the applicable services in Florida and satisfy applicable credentialing requirements. dermani MEDSPA® will cover the cost of the professional liability insurance applicable to services performed through this engagement , subject to the terms and requirements of the applicable insurance policy.
