Operating Room Nurse - RN

Location UCHealth UCHlth Med Ctr of the Rockies, Loveland, CO Position Registered Nurse – Operating Room (Night Shift) Work Schedule Full Time, 72 hours per pay period (bi‑weekly), nights. Pay $38.91 - $60.31 per hour, depending on experience; plus a Night Shift Incentive of $1,600 quarterly ($6,400 annually). Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited nursing program. State licensure as a Registered Nurse. Minimum 6 months of OR nursing experience or completion of UCHealth Fellowship program. BLS training from AHA or American Red Cross CPR professional rescuer (card required). Preferred BSN. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the operating room and post‑anesthesia care unit. Apply the nursing process and evidence‑based practice to achieve high quality outcomes. Work in a multidisciplinary team to promote patient wellness and safety. Precede and mentor new nurses, supporting competency development. Adhere to AORN and ABPANC core curriculum and certification standards.
