- A track record of conducting market analysis and leveraging insights to inform recruitment strategies.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Strategic, adaptable problem-solver with experience navigating changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and effectively manage unexpected challenges.
- Exposure to project management principles and cross-functional hiring initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- As a High-Volume Recruiter, you will bring a proven track record of success in high?volume recruiting, with preferred experience in the insurance industry.
- This role goes beyond transactional recruitingyou will apply a consultative mindset, leverage a strong understanding of local labor market trends, and use data?driven insights to inform and influence hiring strategies in partnership with business leaders.
- Strategic Sourcing & Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of insurance-related positions, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse and robust talent pipelines.
- Market Intelligence & Consultation: Conduct thorough local market analysis, staying abreast of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activities within the insurance sector. Proactively consult with hiring managers and stakeholders to provide data-driven insights that shape recruitment strategies and optimize hiring outcomes.
