CyberIQ / Systems Integration Specialist

CyberIQ & AV Systems Integration Engineer (Enterprise Systems Specialist) Position Summary The CyberIQ & AV Systems Integration Engineer is responsible for the deployment, integration, monitoring, and optimization of secure IT and enterprise audiovisual (AV) environments. This role combines cybersecurity system management with advanced AV systems engineering, ensuring seamless interoperability between CyberIQ platforms, network infrastructure, and enterprise AV technologies including Hiperwall, Crestron, and STRAX systems within highly regulated environments such as the VA. Key Responsibilities Cybersecurity & Systems Integration Install, configure, and maintain the CyberIQ platform Perform device discovery and asset visibility Continuous system and network monitoring AI-driven anomaly detection and threat identification Ensure compliance with: NIST , FISMA , VA cybersecurity requirements Execute system updates, patching, vulnerability mitigation, and diagnostics Support incident detection, response, and remediation efforts Integrate CyberIQ with existing IT and network infrastructure Enterprise AV Systems Engineering Configure, integrate, and maintain: Hiperwall video wall systems , Crestron control systems , STRAX platform solutions Support and optimize: DVLED display systems, DSP (Digital Signal Processing), AV signal distribution and routing Perform firmware updates, system tuning, and performance optimization Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis across AV and IT systems Ensure interoperability between AV systems and secure network environments Cross-Functional Integration Bridge AV and cybersecurity systems for secure, real-time operational environments Develop and maintain system architecture diagrams, integration documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs) Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and facilities teams to ensure system reliability and compliance Support enterprise-level deployments in mission-critical environments Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT systems, cybersecurity, or AV systems engineering Hands-on experience with network monitoring platforms and enterprise IT systems AV systems including Hiperwall, Crestron, and STRAX Strong troubleshooting skills across both IT and AV environments Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards (NIST, FISMA) Preferred Qualifications Security+ (or equivalent cybersecurity certification) AVIXA CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) Experience supporting federal or VA environments Familiarity with AI-based monitoring and analytics platforms Ideal Candidate Profile Hybrid engineer with both cybersecurity awareness and AV systems expertise Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Able to operate in high-security, mission-critical environments Effective communicator capable of working across technical and operational teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
