Handle maintenance work such as oil changes, working alongside other technicians. Ensure repairs are completed on time with attention to detail, delivering quality work to satisfy customers. Interact daily with team members including service advisors, parts associates, cashiers, sales staff, and managers. Conduct multi-point inspections and make recommendations to ensure vehicle safety and reliability. Document work performed on repair orders accurately. Maintain inventory of standard tools and stay updated with factory technical bulletins and training. Provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty. Requirements Basic automotive knowledge and interest in a career in automotive repair and service. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop skills. Mechanical skills, manual dexterity, and ability to operate tools and machinery. Knowledge of the automotive repair process. Attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills. Customer service skills and strong communication skills. Willingness to submit to a drug screen prior to employment. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
