Job Description
We are seeking two Heavy Equipment Operators to support a large-scale data center construction project. Candidates will primarily operate excavators (track hoes) and skid steers while assisting with ongoing site civil work and concrete demolition activities.
Responsibilities

• Operate excavators/track hoes and skid steers safely and efficiently.
• Perform site civil construction activities, including grading, trenching, excavation, and material movement.
• Assist with concrete demolition and site preparation work.
• Follow site safety requirements and project-specific procedures.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Support crews as needed to keep production on schedule.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years experience operating excavators (track hoes) and skid steers on commercial or industrial construction sites.
• Site civil construction experience required.
• Concrete demolition experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong safety mindset and reliability.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to start mid-week.

Work Environment
Location: Windsor, CO. Duration: Through the end of the month with potential extension based on project needs. Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 7:00 AM-5:30/6:00 PM, offering over 60 hours per week.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
