Carmel River Dentistry is looking for a friendly, compassionate, and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our patient-centered dental practice in beautiful Carmel, California. Pay : $50.00–$75.00 per hour , depending on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holiday Bonus structure Opportunity to grow with a well-established, patient-focused practice Schedule (each work day includes a 1hr lunch 1 PM - 2 PM) Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Closed Saturday, Sunday, Monday Responsibilities Perform adult and pediatric dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing as needed Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments Screen for periodontal disease and other oral health concerns Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records Follow OSHA and infection control protocols Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to provide outstanding patient care Build lasting relationships by delivering a comfortable, compassionate patient experience Qualification Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Current CPR/BLS certification Excellent communication and patient education skills Positive attitude with exceptional chairside manner Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Experience with digital radiography and electronic dental records preferred Why Join Carmel River Dentistry?
