IT Administrator

Kforce has a client in Dublin, OH that is seeking an IT Administrator. We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized IT Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the IT group by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive and professional workplace. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory, and place orders as needed
• Assist with data entry, filing, and asset and document management
• Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures (e.g., expense tracking, invoicing)
• Act as the liaison for IT support requests, coordinating hardware/software troubleshooting with tech support teams
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system operation
• Act as the local point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and service providers
• Respond to and resolve technical support requests from staff in a timely manner
• Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and arrange repairs when needed
• Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar administrative role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office management software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma required; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or office manager are a plus

• Experience with bookkeeping or basic accounting
• Familiarity with MS Office tools
• Previous experience in MS Excel and asset management will be a plus
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

• Office-based role with standard working hours ([e.g., 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday])
• May occasionally require extended hours to meet deadlines or support events
