Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts
• Prior experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt assessments and interventions to meet diverse student needs
• Familiarity with IEP development and documentation
• Reliable organizational skills to manage caseload across multiple locations

Daily Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine needs for occupational therapy interventions
• Develop and implement individualized goals in collaboration with educational teams
• Deliver direct therapy sessions and monitor progress for assigned caseload
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and legal standards
• Consult with staff and families regarding strategies to promote student success
• Support student participation and independence within classroom and school routines
