Health & Safety Manager - Raritan & Northern NJ

Responsibilities Provide daily construction safety oversight and support Conduct site audits, inspections, and safety assessments Monitor contractor compliance with OSHA and site-specific requirements Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and orientations as needed Track corrective actions and follow up on safety observations Review high-risk activities and work plans Prepare reports and communicate findings to project leadership Promote a strong safety culture among project teams and subcontractors Qualifications Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience Experience supporting multi-employer construction projects Strong working knowledge of OSHA construction standards Experience with excavation, cranes, concrete, mechanical, and electrical work Excellent communication and reporting skills CHST preferred Additional construction safety certifications strongly desired Additional Information Long-term construction program with projects expected to continue for approximately two years Primary assignment in Raritan, NJ Regional support responsibilities throughout Northern New Jersey Company-paid mileage and applicable toll reimbursement Potential overtime opportunities as construction activities increase Pay Range $90,000-110,000 Travel | Relocation Local Only - No travel, per diem or relocation is offered for this opportunity EEO Statement Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr HazTek Inc
