We are an established family chiropractic office in Geneva, NY and are looking for an organized, reliable, and friendly office assistant.
No particular experience is necessary as long as you are a confident and motivated fast-learner.
The number one priority at our office is creating an exceptional client experience and this role plays a critical part in that.
Day to day duties involve a combination of clinical and clerical tasks, with the goal of leaving work fulfilled and uplifted every day.
Serious consideration will be given to those who have a solid employment record / strong references.
Ideal candidates must have a confident and friendly presence, be great at remembering people's names, be able to quickly switch back and forth between tasks, be comfortable learning multiple computer programs, and be an all-around good person.
Current Hours : Mon and Thurs 7:30-6:30 (90 minute lunch), Wed 1:30-6:30
Compensation : Hourly or salary based on qualifications with monthly bonus opportunities. Holiday and vacation details and additional benefits to be discussed upon hiring.
