Occupational Therapy - Occupational Therapist (OT)This position is for an Occupational Therapist working day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a guaranteed 36 hours per week during the assignment. The therapist will follow a structured weekly schedule that may be either Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday, depending on departmental needs. The Occupational Therapist provides rehabilitation services to patients experiencing physical, cognitive, or functional limitations due to injury, illness, or medical conditions. The role focuses on helping patients regain independence in daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, mobility, and coordination. The therapist works closely with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation teams to deliver patient-centered care that supports recovery and improved quality of life. The position requires strong clinical assessment skills, adaptability to patient needs, and the ability to manage a consistent therapy caseload in a healthcare or rehabilitation environment.
