BILINGUAL PASSENGER SERVICE AGENT (JFK Airport)

Starting Pay: $22.25/hr.

 

JOB DUTIES:

• Assist passengers with baggage pick-up

• Support passengers with delayed, lost, or damaged baggage issues

• Use computer systems to track and manage luggage

• Provide professional and efficient customer service

• Handle customer interactions in a courteous and effective manner

• Perform additional duties within role scope as needed

• Lift, carry, push, and move items regularly, including handling baggage on raised surfaces

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Previous experience preferred

Fluency in English and an additional language (including Japanese, Indonesian, Chinese, Filipino, Tagalog, Mandarin, or Spanish)

Basic computer skills

• Ability to communicate clearly and work in a team environment

• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving items

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to complete required training

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Authorization to work in the United States
