Tax Director - Partnerships / Pass-Through | Columbus, OHLead the most complex partnership tax work in the market. A well-respected regional CPA and advisory firm is hiring a Tax Director - Partnerships / Pass-Through in the Columbus area. You'll join a respected team serving a wide range of clients, with the support and visibility to keep building your career.What you'll do:- Lead complex, high-priority tax engagements with a focus on partnership and pass-through entities- Perform final review of workpapers and returns for a middle-market client base- Provide high-level tax planning and research- Supervise, mentor and develop managers, seniors and staff- Drive department initiatives and originate new businessWhat you bring:- Active CPA license- About 8+ years of public accounting tax experience- Deep partnership/pass-through technical expertise and leadership experienceWhy join:- Hybrid work arrangement- Clear advancement path and mentoring from experienced leaders- Diverse middle-market client base across many industries- Collaborative culture that invests in professional developmentPay: $185K - $225K + bonus potential
