Registered Nurse - Medsurg

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive patient care in a Medsurg setting, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and necessary treatments as prescribed. The RN will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal health outcomes for patients.

Schedule: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and collaborate with medical staff.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active RN licensure and verification.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (as applicable).
• Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination or declination.
• Completion of the Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam and Rhythm Interpretation Screening.
• Completion of drug screening and background check.
