Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTriage & return patient phone calls after am & pm sessionsDocument patient calls, emergency calls & rx refills in the patients Epic chart Access the schedule the day before to prepare & gather pertinent patient information to assist the Physician and/or Nurse Practioner, ie: lab result, x-raysMaintain back office supply inventory log for ordered/needed suppliesMaintain drug inventory and properly discard & document expired drugsWelcome patient & perform preliminary physical tests; take and record vitalsPrepare patients for their visit by directing and/or accompanying them to the exam roomDocument patients HPI and current medicationsRestock exam rooms, set-up instruments and/or equipment between patientsCleaning and sterilizing exam rooms & work stations after every patientExplain & prepare patients for treatments/procedures
