Part-Time Event Assistant Company: Jazzy Lady Events Position Type: Part-Time Start Date: Immediately Application Link: About the Role Jazzy Lady Events is looking for creative, driven, and passionate individuals to join our team! If you have an eye for detail, a passion for event design, and a strong desire to learn the ins and outs of luxury event production, this hands‑on role is perfect for you. What You'll Do Event Coordination: Assist with overall event planning, coordination, setup, and breakdown. Design & Styling: Support event design concepts, visual aesthetics, and decor styling. Research & Logistics: Research potential venues, vendors, and event partners. Client Engagement: Attend planning meetings and client consultations alongside our lead team. Industry Learning: Learn high-end, luxury event production directly from experienced industry professionals. What You'll Gain Hands-On Experience: Real-world event planning and execution experience to build your portfolio. Professional Mentorship: Direct guidance and networking opportunities within the event industry. Behind-the-Scenes Access: Insight into the production and management of luxury events. Requirements & Qualifications Submission: Must submit a current Resume and Cover Letter. Passion: Genuine interest and passion for event design, styling, and management. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in fast‑paced environments.
