Qualifications

• State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).
• Certifications ACLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS (AHA).
• Certifications ONS
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Oncology in last 3 years.
• Travel Experience 6 weeks of travel experience.
• EMR Epic
• Skills Assessment ONC skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 1 Supervisor reference within the last 2 years. 1 Charge RN reference within the last 2 years.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of this Facility in the past 6 months.
• Additional Confirmations Telemetry monitoring proficiency is required.
• Additional Confirmations Interpretation of dysrhythmias proficiency is required.
• Additional Confirmations Experience with the use of Rapid Response Teams is required.
• Additional Confirmations Feeding tube care and management proficiency is required.
• Additional Confirmations Blood product administration proficiency is required.
• Additional Confirmations Central line blood draw proficiency is required.
• Additional Confirmations Peripheral line care and management proficiency is required.
• Additional Confirmations PICC line management proficiency is required.
• Additional Confirmations Nasal cannula administration proficiency is required.
• Additional Confirmations Isolation precautions and PPE proficiency is required.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Must travel at least 60.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
