Bengali HHA Home Health Aide

Overview Amelia Home Care is seeking compassionate, dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide exceptional in-home care to clients across various settings. This is a meaningful opportunity to support individuals who need assistance with daily activities and medical needs while helping them maintain independence and quality of life. We value caregivers with strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and experience in long-term care, assisted living, or hospice. HHAs in this role will work closely with healthcare teams and must adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and safety. Requirements Valid HHA Certificate
MUST SPEAK BENGALI
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Consistent, reliable, and timely attendance Strong desire and compassion for caring for others Responsibilities Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, etc.) Assist with mobility and transfers using proper lifting techniques Offer companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping tasks (cleaning, laundry) Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Experience Previous Home Health Aide experience preferred Ability to work with individuals with special needs or medical conditions Strong communication skills with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding medical records and sensitive information Why Join Us As a Home Health Aide with Amelia Home Care, you will play a critical role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care in the comfort of clients’ homes.
