Marketing Project ManagerWe are seeking an organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to support a fast-paced marketing organization. This individual will oversee multiple marketing projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. This role is a backfill for a departing teammate on a team of three, supporting marketing managers who are driving marketing assets to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesManage 30–50 concurrent marketing projects from initiation through completion.Coordinate project timelines, tasks, assignments, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.Lead project meetings, document action items, and drive follow-up activities.Track project progress and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.Facilitate collaboration between marketing, creative, data, analytics, agencies, and other business partners.Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain project workflows and processes.Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate project status updates.Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Support multiple marketing teams ("Pods") and adapt to changing priorities.Required QualificationsA minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with project management software such as Adobe Workfront, Monday, JIRA, or Asana.Experience in a marketing, advertising, agency, or creative services environment.Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.Preferred QualificationsMortgage, lending, or banking industry experience is a significant plus.Background supporting cross-functional marketing initiatives and campaigns.Experience with Adobe Workfront is helpful but not required.
