Client Advisor, Women's - Bloomingdales

Summary The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional client experiences by welcoming clients, uncovering needs, and cultivating long-term relationships. This role is responsible for achieving and exceeding individual sales goals and KPIs through proactive client development and strong product knowledge. As a Major, the advisor also supports visual merchandising, inventory preparation, and training activities to support store performance. Responsibilities Welcome clients and provide a high-quality, personalized client experience in line with brand standards. Develop and cultivate lasting client relationships through active clienteling and outreach to existing and new clients. Drive sales and meet or exceed KPIs (ADT, UPT, data capture, repurchase rate, etc.). Analyze personal KPI performance and adjust sales approach to improve results. Support inventory preparation, operations tasks, charge sends, repairs, and holds follow-up. Support and maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with training as needed. Collaborate with store leadership and teammates to achieve store objectives and uphold company policies and grooming standards. Requirements Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; hospitality or client-focused roles may be considered. Client-centric, team-oriented with strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Professional presentation, dependable, punctual, and flexible schedule. Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
