Data Analyst + Data Entry

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw data collection and strategic business insights. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity through accurate data entry, managing databases using SQL, building robust spreadsheets in Excel, and transforming complex datasets into intuitive, actionable dashboards using Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Write efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.

• Assist in data cleansing and data preparation for reporting purposes.

• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across different database systems.

• Excel Expertise: Master-level comfort with complex formulas, data formatting, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.

• Translate business requirements into clear visual insights for stakeholders and team leaders.

• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Exceptional accuracy in data entry and a knack for spotting data discrepancies.

• Ability to explain data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical team members.
