Job Details Location: Remote (US) Type: Contract Compensation: $31K – $45K Posted: 112 days ago About the Role Omni Interactions is contracting with qualified independent contractors to provide phone and customer support services. You'll interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email, helping them with all their needs. Earnings range from $14 to $20 per hour. Responsibilities: Respond to inbound phone calls and chat/email inquiries, providing assistance and resolving customer issues. Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills.
