Requirements Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments, managing Systems such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results. Guest Service Department Managers make sure Crew and Managers deliver great customer experience, execute sales promotions well, train staff in service procedures, and keep Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas organized for best service. Kitchen Department Managers ensure the restaurant delivers quality food quickly, maintains food safety, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures. People Department Managers hire qualified crew, train them well, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, and motivate staff throughout their tenure. Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who like to have fun in the famously fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
