Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP or eligible/CFY)
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is highly valued, but not mandatory
• Effective communicator with strong organizational abilities
• Team-oriented approach, able to collaborate with colleagues and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary students with a range of communication needs
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document treatment progress and collaborate on goal-setting
• Attend IEP meetings and liaise regularly with teachers, administrators, and families
• Maintain accurate records per school district and professional standards
