We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Outreach Program Support Specialist II to provide administrative support for community outreach and peer-support programs. This position assists with data entry, application processing, file maintenance, scheduling, reporting, and responding to individuals seeking community resources.

Outreach Program Support Specialist II Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.67 to $25.61 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Provide administrative support to outreach and peer-support programs
• Enter accurate information into multiple databases
• Assemble, review, and maintain participant files and reference materials
• Process program applications according to established procedures
• Schedule appointments and coordinate front-desk responsibilities
• Connect individuals with appropriate community programs and resources
• Maintain records of outreach contacts and participant services
• Maintain confidentiality of participant and organizational information Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

Outreach Program Support Specialist II Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in a client-focused position
• Minimum of six months of administrative, organizational, or recordkeeping experience
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong computer skills, including
• Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• Ability to maintain participant and departmental confidentiality
• Valid Oregon driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
