The incumbent **may perform some or all** of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.** Report and maintain data in customer and internal system* Adjust inventory as required* Collaborate daily with production ensuring timely delivery of product and production schedules* Ensure all finished goods are in SAP* Generate BOL’s and packing lists* Complete paperwork timely and accurately* Verify incoming/outbound quantity and needs are consistent with production requirements* Report all discrepancies with inbound and/or outbound loads* Perform daily review of produced goods and customer open orders report* Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels* Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy in multiple systems**Education & Experience*** None Required, High School Diploma or Equivalent Desired**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities*** Knowledge of logistics and inbound/outbound shipments* Ability to read and interpret shipping and receiving documents* Ability to navigate computer systems **Physical Requirements & Work Environment*** Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop for prolonged periods* Ability to use a computer keyboard and computer screen for extended periods* Position will sit at reception desk, with some office administrative duties The expected salary range for this position is $21.50/hour.
