Position: Occupational Therapist

Location: 6700 Chad Colley Boulevard Fort Smith AR 72916

Schedule: PRN Day Shift Flexible hours Provide flexible staffing coverage for fluctuations in patient census scheduled PTO leaves of absence call-ins and vacancies Work at least 1 weekend (Saturday or Sunday) per month and 1 holiday per year.

How youll contribute

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to identify functional needs and goals
• Develop individualized treatment plans that promote independence in daily living
• Deliver therapeutic interventions that enhance motor skills cognition and adaptive abilities
• Document patient progress with accuracy and clarity
• Partner with families caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive care
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques equipment and safety
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support patient success

What were looking for

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Occupational Therapy license
• CPR certification
• Strong interpersonal communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with rehab documentation systems (preferred)
• Experience in rehabilitation setting (preferred but not required
