On-Call Triage RN Supervisor - Registered Nurse - Bronx, NY

Compass Healthcare Consulting and Placement is conducting a search for an On-Call Triage Supervisor for our client, a Hospice and Palliative Care program in the Bronx, NY. The programs offer a broad range of services in the community or facility-based to help patients and their families ease the burden of managing a life-limiting illness or end of life care. Shifts are Monday - Friday, 5pm - 1am or 1am - 9am. Hybrid Office/Field with access to Uber to make on-call visits. Salary $130,000-$140,000 per year. Responsibilities: The On-Call RN Supervisor provides leadership, support, and guidance to Call Center staff for clinical/non clinical issues and situations. The Supervisor elevates complex issues to Team Manager, AOC or Hospice MD on call. The RN Supervisor also provides quality professional telephonic intervention to patients based on the Plan of Care. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN or BS degree preferred Three years of Hospice nursing experience Supervisory or leadership experience preferred 2-5 years Hospice experience/On Call required New York State RN licensure NYS valid license preferred Current CHPN certification preferred Salary $130,000-$140,000 per year; Benefits include: Sign-on Bonuses OR Student Loan Assistance for clinical staff Free MSN in Education program!
