Together, we're improving health and improving lives.LabCorp is seeking a Phlebotomist Team Lead to join our team at 36320 Inland Valley Drive, Suite 103, Wildomar, CA 92595Work Schedule: Monday to Friday hours vary between 6:00am-6:00pm, additional hours and rotating weekends may be required.Job Responsibilities:Observe and report any performance, compliance or staffing related issues to supervisorsManage and monitor patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and information logsMonitor monthly productivity reports and report any deviations as necessaryAddress any customer service-related issues in a prompt and respectful mannerPromote teamwork, cohesiveness and effective communication among coworkersPerform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groupsCollect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely mannerProcess billing information and collecting payments when requiredPrepare all collected specimens for testing and analysisAdministrative and clerical duties as necessaryTravel to additional sites when neededMinimum Qualifications:2 years or more of experience as phlebotomistHigh school diploma or GED or equivalentCalifornia state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT)At LabCorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company.
