Based in Ritzville, this assignment starts August 20, 2026, and concludes June 10, 2027, offering a unique 4-day work week with approximately 31 hours per week. Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State teaching certificate with a special education endorsement
• Experience with diverse learning needs and individualized education plans (IEPs) preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tailored instruction using IEPs to meet each student’s specific requirements
• Adapt curriculum material and teaching techniques to accommodate varying abilities and learning styles

• Communicate progress and challenges proactively to families and stakeholders
