Shift: 2nd Shift - 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
Pay: $18/hr to start
Conversion Pay: Approximately $21/hr. upon hire-in

About the Opportunity

Peoplelink Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated individuals for an Assembly role. This position offers consistent hours, a supportive team environment, and hands-on training for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities

Operate various machines and equipment including:
- Drilling, milling, tapping, reaming
- Punching, cutoff, threading, bending
- Staker and other related machinery
Assemble and place parts into designated containers
Use measuring tools such as micrometers and gauges
Lift up to 35 lbs as needed

Qualifications

Machine or manufacturing experience helpful but not required
Ability to use basic measuring devices (micrometers, gauges)
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and work ethic
