Your future role at a glance Location: Inlet Beach, FL Facility: Ascension Medical Clinic Specialty: Family Practice Watersound Schedule: Day Shift | Full-Time How you'll make an impact in this role Provide Patient Care Support:Assist providers with patient examinations, treatments, and clinical documentation to ensure high-quality patient care. Manage Clinical Workflow:Facilitate efficient patient intake by conducting interviews, recording vital signs, updating charts, and preparing treatment rooms. Handle Clinical Administration:Manage patient orders, including transcribing lab, radiology, and medication requests, while maintaining accurate medical records. Support Operational Efficiency:Maintain a organized and well-stocked clinical environment while providing essential clerical support to keep operations running smoothly. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Medical Assistant obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
