Civil Structural Engineer PE

Compensation: Commensurate with experience (Minimum 5 years experience required) Compensation: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil / Structural Engineer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) who is technically strong, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is ready to lead projects from concept through completion. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage civil and structural engineering projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved. Develop and review engineering designs, calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports. Coordinate project activities within the Civil/Structural Engineering group while collaborating effectively with other engineering disciplines. Serve as a primary technical point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships through clear communication and responsive service. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineering staff. Ensure projects comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination to ensure successful project execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Mid- to senior-level experience in civil and/or structural engineering. Demonstrated ability to independently lead engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams. Strong technical knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles, design practices, and industry standards. Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proven ability to work collaboratively across engineering disciplines and communicate effectively with clients.
