Field Coordinator

Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Field Coordinator to join a growing flooring company in Holly Springs, NC. This full-time, direct-hire position is responsible for coordinating flooring installation projects from start to finish, partnering with builders, installers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and with exceptional quality.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate flooring installation projects by working closely with builders, superintendents, installers, and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality project completion.
• Conduct pre-installation site visits, verify measurements and material quantities, and identify potential issues before work begins.
• Monitor active job sites, provide technical support to installation crews, resolve field issues, and ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Perform final inspections, manage punch list completion, maintain project documentation, and track installation progress using company systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with independent installers while monitoring performance and supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction, flooring, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects in a field or construction environment.
• Ability to read job specifications, measurements, and installation requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working with builders, subcontractors, or installation crews.
• Proficiency with mobile technology (iPad/iPhone); experience with lot tracking or construction management software is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites throughout the region.
