Job Summary


Our client is seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative to efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls concerning Member inquiries related to Insurance Benefits and Coverage, billing statements, and assisting with other Member concerns and questions.


Key Responsibilities

• Receives a high volume of inbound calls to address Member inquiries related to Insurance Benefits and Coverage and billing statements.
• Addresses Members' complaints and works to resolve concerns.
• Assists Members with finding healthcare and providers that are in network for their plan.
• Answers questions on premium amounts including the medicare unit, provider assistant unit, and remittance unit.
• Assists Members with Website navigation questions and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 1 Year of Call Center Experience required.
• Strong Customer Service Skills.
• Computer Proficient, ability to use multiple systems at once.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Quiet Dedicated Workspace.
• Healthcare Experience preferred.
