RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver personalized insurance and financial service solutions to clients, aligning with their goals and circumstances
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and risk evaluations to recommend appropriate products and strategies
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through attentive, transparent communication
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery in a family-oriented work environment
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide knowledgeable guidance
• Support the agencys mission to be a comprehensive, one-stop resource for insurance and financial services

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
