Full-Time LVN Wound/Treatment Nurse The Pines at Placerville 1040 Marshall Way, Placerville, CA 95667 Pay: $40-$45 per hour DOE Schedule: Full-Time Are you a passionate and motivated LVN with wound care expertise who is looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others? What You’ll Do Assessing, monitoring, and treating wounds, skin conditions, and other dermatologic concerns Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team Performing skin assessments and maintaining accurate clinical documentation Monitoring treatment effectiveness and recommending care plan adjustments as needed Providing resident and family education regarding wound prevention and treatment Ensuring compliance with infection control practices, regulatory standards, and facility policies Participating in care planning meetings and collaborating with nursing staff, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Assisting with admissions, discharges, rehabilitation support, and resident advocacy as needed Helping maintain adequate wound care supplies and treatment resources Qualifications Current, active, and unrestricted California LVN license Wound Care Certification required Previous wound care and treatment nursing experience required Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care Why Join The Pines?
