Partner with the Growth team to recruit, onboard, and retain a professional driver base while fostering a supportive company culture. The ideal candidate 2+ years of experience in operations management or business consulting with a proven track record of building teams and optimizing processes. Analytical powerhouse with a data-driven mindset and a BA/BS from a top-tier institution; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Entrepreneurial "doer" who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to be on-site 5 days a week in San Francisco.
