W-2 Employed Local Candidate

$375/hr

Up to $15,000 relocation assistance

$50,000 loan forgiveness (with resident stipend of $1,000/month available)

1099 Independent Contractor Local Candidate

\n Practice Snapshot \n

\n
Schedule : 7:00 AM 3:00 PM | Full-time (40 hrs/wk) | Call 1:5
\n
Setting : 25-bed hospital with a 4-bed ICU
\n
Case Mix : 50% Ortho, 25% OB/GYN, 25% Eye Procedures
\n
Procedures : Blocks, Lumbar Punctures, Intubations
\n
No : Cardiac, Neuro, or Pain Management cases
\n
EMR : Meditech
\n
No CRNA supervision independent work

\n Your Role \n

\n
Evaluate patients and formulate anesthetic plans
\n
Administer and manage anesthesia during surgeries
\n
Monitor patient vitals and intervene as needed
\n
Maintain detailed, timely records
\n
Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to ensure the highest standards of care

\n Ideal Candidate \n

\n
MD/DO from accredited institution
\n
Completion of Anesthesiology residency
\n
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
\n
1+ year of clinical experience
\n
Current ACLS, PALS, BLS, and unrestricted DEA
\n
Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Dakota
\n
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
