Position: Forklift Operator/ Material Operator
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Shift: First, Second & Overnight
We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment and be skilled in materials handling within a fast-paced distribution center environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Stack, stage, and transport pallets of product throughout the warehouse and loading docks
- Operate Crown High Reach Forklifts safely and efficiently
- Follow all equipment operating instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Work flexible shifts based on business needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirement:
- Prior forklift or electric pallet jack experience required (CROWN equipment preferred)
- Strong commitment to safety at all times
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Ability to read and understand numbers, labels, and instructions
- Must follow all warehouse safety policies, including MHE operations, safe driving practices, safe lifting techniques, no-contact policy, and equipment check-out procedures
