Job Description
Welder/Fabricator Job Description Advance Services is seeking Welders/Fabricators for a growing company in Minden, NE. Candidates must have 1 year of full-time welding experience in an industrial environment or have completed a weld certification program. Employees will enjoy competitive pay, safety and attendance incentives, and weekly pay. The Welder/Fabricator will be responsible for welding and fabricating parts and assemblies in a variety of material thicknesses and sizes. Qualified candidates must have experience with MIG welding, the ability to read and follow instructions, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. This position requires a team-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet production goals.
Schedule: 1st shift Mon-Friday 6am to 2:30pm $22 2nd shift Mon-Thursday 2:30 to 1am $24 Weekend shift-Friday/Saturday/Sunday 6am to 6:30am $24
Job Requirements: Must pass a drug test 1 year of full-time welding experience in an industrial environment or completion of a weld certification program MIG welding experience Ability to work in a team environment
