Start Date: Typical start date is within approximately 2 weeks after offer acceptance and completion of onboarding/credentialing requirements.

Compensation

• Weekly Gross Pay: $2,640
• Weekly Taxable: $1,520
• Weekly Non-Taxable: $1,120
• Hourly Taxable Rate: $38
• Hourly Blended Rate: $66
• Overtime Rate: $57

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience required
• Experience with heavy Orthopedic, Urology, Spine, and Robotic procedures preferred
• Experience using EPIC EMR preferred

License & Certification Requirements

• Active Illinois RN License
• BLS/CPR Certification

Call & Weekend Requirements

• 1 weekday call shift and 2 weekend call days per month minimum
• Additional call may be required based on department needs
• Floating to other facilities may be required

Job Summary

The Operating Room Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team. The RN will provide perioperative nursing care while maintaining patient safety and quality standards throughout surgical procedures.
