Assistant Store Lead Sales & Team Coach
Cavender's
Cavender's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our store leadership team in Buford, GA. You will assist in daily operations, coach associates, and help drive sales and customer experience. You will also help with opening/closing, scheduling, and adherence to company standards.
You will lead by example, train staff on product knowledge and selling techniques, and support the Store Manager in safeguarding assets and maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment.
