Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
• Shift: Days
• PT 5 days/week 32 hour guarantee; will split time with Town and Country Health and Rehab
