Lead Management Coordinator

Job SummaryThe Lead Management Coordinator owns the day-to-day life cycle of every lead that comes in. From first contact through qualification, categorization, routing, and follow-up. This person is the first human touchpoint for many prospects: answering inbound and outbound calls, asking the right questions, and making a judgment call about what each lead needs and where it should go. This person will report to the Director of Marketing and support our marketing full life cycle and campaigns.Essential Responsibilities and DutiesCalls and Lead IntakeServe as the primary point of contact for all inbound and outbound leads via phone, web form, email, and chatAnswer and route incoming calls professionally and promptlyMeet response-time standards for new inbound and outbound leadsNurture-stage leads so nothing goes coldLead Categorization, Qualifications, and CRM HygieneAccurately categorize, tag, and segment every lead in the CRM according to source, type, stage, and priorityQualify leads against defined criteria through direct conversation and researchMake sound judgment calls on lead quality and priority, escalating high-value or time-sensitive opportunities immediatelyMaintain clean lead recordsTrack lead source attribution so marketing can evaluate channel performanceManage lead handoff to sales, operations, and/or service and repairRun consistent follow-up cadences on nurture-stage leads so nothing goes coldProduce regular reporting on lead volume and qualityDocument lead management workflows and qualification criteriaSupport marketing campaigns with lead-side executionAll other duties as assignedQualifications/SkillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to think independently and act decisively under pressureExcellent communication and time management skillsCommunicate professionally by phone, email, and textVisual acuity for close work, distance, depth perception, and peripheral visionFrequent sitting and typingEducation and/or experienceHigh School Diploma requiredAssociate or bachelor’s degree in business, Construction Management, or related field is a plusAt least 1 year of experience in scheduling, logistics, or construction supplyProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookFamiliarity with ERP/CRM systems (Acculynx preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr ON TOP ROOFING
